Networking Events

QUARTERLY NETWORKING EVENTS will be announced here!

Check our web site frequently for downtown news. Members and those on our email list will also receive emailed notices of meetings and events.

ABOUT DLA NETWORKING EVENTS

DLA networking events are held quarterly and include downtown updates and speakers.

We often partner with other organizations in hosting events and presenting information pertinent to downtown Loveland.

WHO CAN HOST A NETWORKING EVENT

Any member of the DLA can host a meeting, which brings potential clients in to their business. Members may also choose to host or co-host a meeting at a location other than their place of business, such as at a restaurant or event venue.

Any partnering organization, such as the Loveland Chamber of Commerce or Engaging Loveland, may also host a networking event in conjunction with the DLA.

REFRESHMENTS

Refreshments and beverages are usually offered by the host.

BEST PRICES IN TOWN FOR NETWORKING EVENTS!

Non-Members: $10.00

Help our public library by being part of their annual book sale event! Volunteering is a great contribution toward one of Loveland's valuable resources: your library. Those with muscle for carrying books and/or a command of the alphabet (for sorting books by author) are encouraged to volunteer during the set-up phase of a spring used-book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Loveland Public Library. They have been members and supporters of the Downtown Loveland Association since the inception of our organization.

The Friends of the Loveland Public Library need your help Wednesday through Friday, April 27-29th, from about 10:00 in the morning until mid-afternoon. The set-up and sale will be held in the Thomas M. McKee 4-H building at The Ranch, with plenty of parking for volunteers on the south side of the building. If you'd like to help with this event, please contact Barb Franke, volunteer coordinator, at 970-203-0904.

The Friends of the Loveland Public Library is an organization committed to helping our public library reach its $2 million goal for renovation, which includes new technical innovations and state-of-the-art components in structure, operations, and service. For that reason, a portion of the proceeds from the book sale will go directly toward renovation building and equipment costs.
