Loveland renaissance is coming.
Lincoln Place poised to revitalize historic downtown area.
(Boulder, CO) August 2, 2006…A new chapter in Loveland’s long history will begin in less than six months. Lincoln Place, the much anticipated $25+ million dollar residential mixed-use development in downtown Loveland, is on schedule to be completely built-out in January 2007.
