Join us on Saturday, September 12 from 11:00am-4:00pm on 4th Street between Lincoln Avenue and Cleveland Avenue for an afternoon of family-friendly festivities.
What to expect: Live Music - we're hosting free live music throughout the day on 4th Street.

Live Artists - Our friends at Independence Gallery will be coordinating live art demonstrations and plein air painters on the street.
Sidewalk Sales - Retailers on this block will have merchandise set up on the new sidewalks, stop by and support one of our many independent retailers.
Community Chalk Mural - A local artist will be creating and leading a community chalk mural on 4th Street.

Pastels on 5th is a free, family-friendly, community-wide sidewalk chalk art festival where artists, businesses, and downtown Loveland come together to transform 5th Street into a spectacular sidewalk gallery. This event is designed to highlight the thriving Loveland arts community and serve as a benefit for Alternatives to Violence.
